Date: February 14, 2010
Diet: Decaying vegetable matter.
Habitat: Prefer sandy and soft substrate.
Range: Native to Western Europe, introduced to the Americas. Ranges all across North America.
Notes: Terrestrial isopod that actually has gills. Introduced from Europe. Now considered to be the most common invertebrate in Coastal California.
